Abstract: In addition, onlyone common variant T234G was identified from all specimens, but it did not lead to any amino acid change.
Result: The common variant detected from all the cervical samples was T234G, but it did not lead to any amino acid (Threonine) change.
Discussion: All of Iranian cervical cancer showed variation T234G in the form of silent mutation, thus having no effect on protein.
