V77I for the reminder of the study with prevalences of (201 of 608, 33.1%), (222 of 706, 31.4%), (125 of 340, 36.8%), and (45 of 139, 32.4%).
Discussion: V77I, a variant that has been identified as an important emerging substitution in HIV epidemiology studies, was the second most common mutation from 2007 to 2010.
