Result: Univariate analysis showed that age (p < 0.0001), HBV viral load (p < 0.0001), mutation from A to S at aa47 (p = 0.047), mutation from H to Y at aa94 (p = 0.002), mutation from I to T at aa127 (p = 0.001), mutation from F to Y at aa132 (p = 0.001) and mutation from A to V at aa146 (p = 0.025) showed a significant correlation with HBV-related LC+HCC (Table 5).
