Result: Five positions in HCC group (A1383C, R1479Y, C1485T, C1653T, and G1719T) showed elevating mutant ratios more than 10% toward Non-HCC group and A1383C single mutation showed a relatively low mutant ratio (26%) in genotype C Non-HCC but elevated to more than 50% in genotype C HCC group.
