Analysis of HBV basal core promoter/precore gene variability in patients with HBV drug resistance and HIV co-infection in Northwest Ethiopia.
Result: Similarly, the co-prevalence of YMDD RT motif 3TC/ETV resistance and the PC initiation mutant variants such as the A1814C/C1816T, G1862T and G1896A/C1858T showed 8.3% (4/48), 18.8% (9/48) and 4.2% (2/48), respectively.
